3. Estimates and Quotes

All “Free Estimates” and quotes:

  • Are preliminary estimates only.

  • May be adjusted based on actual site conditions.

  • Do not constitute a binding agreement until formally accepted.

Pricing may vary based on:

  • Property size

  • Weather conditions

  • Accessibility

  • Additional requirements not visible during initial assessment

4. Snow Removal Terms

Due to the unpredictable nature of weather:

  • Service may be automatically triggered after a minimum snowfall accumulation (e.g., X inches).

  • Response times may vary depending on storm severity and volume.

  • We do not guarantee completely ice-free surfaces.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing ice conditions or hidden damage beneath snow.

During severe weather events, seasonal contract clients may receive service priority.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the property.

  • Disclose any hidden obstacles (sprinklers, wiring, decorative features, structures).

  • Remove vehicles or objects that may obstruct service.

Johann Landscaping is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed or hidden obstacles.

6. Payments

Payment may be required:

  • Upon completion of service

  • According to agreed contract terms

  • On a monthly basis for recurring services

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of service.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated with reasonable notice.

Recurring service agreements may require written notice at least X days in advance.

Services already performed are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Johann Landscaping shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Financial losses caused by weather conditions

  • Delays due to force majeure

  • Failures caused by third-party providers

In any case, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Service Disclaimer

We are committed to delivering professional, high-quality service. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes related to:

  • Grass growth

  • Soil conditions

  • Weather impact

  • Natural environmental changes

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided.
